Shipping policy

Processing Times All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: We offer Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $75.

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $75, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Heat & Melting Warning (Important) Because our products (candles and body butters) are made with natural waxes and oils, they are sensitive to high temperatures.

Summer Shipping: During warmer months, we may only ship orders Monday–Wednesday to prevent packages from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.

Delivery: We strongly recommend tracking your package and bringing it indoors immediately upon delivery. Hause of Wax is not responsible for products that melt due to being left outside in the heat after delivery.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS; however, please be aware that heat-sensitive items may be at risk if the P.O. box area is not climate-controlled.
